My country is your country.
When the Sweden Democrats Party was chosen in the swedish parliament 2010, I started to think. Since I was a kid my parents have learned me to not be a prejudice or racist person. They have taught me that everyone has the same value, and what skin colour someone has or how someone look is just a scale. On the inside we are all individuals with different experiences, thoughts and opinions. Then I started to remember a man that were hidden in our house when I was a child. My parents did that sometimes. They were members of the mission church and through that they got contact with people in difficult situations. I remember what the man said to me, and when I thought about it, I was filled with hope.
“In the summer of ‘77 you were hidden in our house. It was a small house with a terrace. You had fled your country, and moved far away to be in safety. I was 5 years old, and you sad to me. If you ever need to leave everything, then my home is your home. If you ever need to leave everything, then my country is your country”.

Eidos Napoli is a young brand that has got a lot of attention at different fashion blogs lately, and I can really understand why. They just showed their third collection at pitti uomo in florence. The brand put their focus on classic style with a modern cut. I think they success with the difficulty of making well dressed but at the same time relaxed clothes. I get the feeling that they have a big passion for checked and washed fabrics. The preppy influence is also obvious.

Visit to Northampton.
One week ago I took the train from London to Northampton one hour north from London, famous for the amouth of shoe factories. Here you can find the factories of the most exclusive english shoe brands, like John Lobb, Edward Green, Crocket & Jones and Church’s.
The reason I wanted to go there was my ambition to find a pair of quality shoes for a reduced price, directly bought from the factory shop. The time went quickly and Edward Green and Crocket & Jones where the only two factory shop I visited.
Anyway I came home with a pair of derby brogues from Crocket & Jones. I gave 150 Pound, in the London shop the price is 390, so it was definitely worth it!
Once I travelled alone.
I have travelled alone a few times before. Last time was in London. I like the feeling of being on my own in a big city. At least if it is just for a couple of days. The total anonymity I feel are lovely. I can take a seat at a café with a local newspaper and spy on people. I take the time to look for the attractions and stores I want to visit. I also try to find some friend that lives in the city. It is nice to be guided by someone who knows the best part of the town, then I don’t need to spend money and time on boring tourist routes. I combined an outfit I would wear if I was going for a weekend today.

This is a picture from the tumblr the bespoke diary where Fabio shares a lot of outfits. I got stocked with this picture. I think the guy to the right have great style. I think it is the shoes and the polo shirt that makes him look stylish and not just like an average swedish guy. I really like when the style is close to melt in the crowd but when those small details shows that he/she has a passion for clothing.
Some dreams are so strong that they will beat you. Other dreams are more like promises, and you can give them time. There are times when I struggle for the plan I want my life to follow. Other times I can just take it for what it is.
I become one of those who left the past. Left family and friends to find out who I really was.On a pub in London I met a man from the church. He sad, be careful what you wish and beg for. It can happen that you get it.From the radio I hear a sad-less melody. My prayer today, a love to fall in. Let my life be worth something.

The usual day.
Just a usual day. A usual day! What a treasure. In times with war and when the death are behind the corner, people have buried their hands in the soil and remembered days like this. In times of diseases and pain, people have buried their face in the pillow and cry in missing of days like this. When people have enforce loneliness and goodbyes, they have been waiting in tense for days like this. In time of hunger, homelessness and misery, people have raised their hands against the heaven and survived to experience days like this.
You typical day, let me be aware of what a treasure you are. Don’t let me hurry through you in the ambition after a perfect tomorrow. Let me be with you, while I can. Because life will not always look like this. One day it can be me that buries my hands in the soil, or my face in the pillow, waiting with tense, or raise my hands to the sky and wish more than everything that you will come back to me.
